Joni Tabb, is the majority owner of Velocity Airport Concessions, LLC, The company is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her three brothers hold equal, minority shares of the company. Prior to establishing her own company, Joni was in senior management at SodexoMAGIC and Sodexo. Sodexo is the leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services in the U.S., Canada and Mexico – with total annual revenue exceeding $8 billion in 2010. SodexoMAGIC is a joint venture between Sodexo and Magic Johnson Enterprises and is the fastest growing minority owned food and facilities management firm in the industry – with an estimated $87 million in contracts sold. During her six-year tenure with these companies, Joni managed the staff of multiple food service outlets nationally and also managed the design, construction, build out, and grand openings of multiple start-up food and beverage outlets.
Since forming Velocity Airport Concessions, LLC, Joni has acquired licensing arrangement with national and local brands and is currently managing multiple street locations of national brands in the Atlanta market.

Jonathan's career in food service began at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), where his education included externships at Bacchanalia and Floataway Café in Atlanta. Nine years of experience as a professional chef, including seven years in the corporate and campus food service arenas, has prepared him to oversee the quality control for Velocity Airport Concessions, LLC.
